The facts of my life as I see it:
My husband is 20 years older than I remember.
My son is grown and has children of his own, so I am a 30 year old grandmother.
I don't have my homes anymore. What I wouldn't give for Windsor again.
I do have all of my jewels and dresses.
I really am enjoying being able to travel around and do as I please without guards.
I regret not having more children.

I don't know why I believed in a heaven. It's such a silly muggle idea. However, I had hoped in my death that was what this would be, Heaven. Time with my family and those I love. Perhaps, even, a time for redemption and reunification of the family.

Am I wrong to wish to hide us all in the manor and away from this nonsense? I simply do not want to endure watching my family be destroyed, and once again watching the Dark Lord do so. Please tell me that you are immune to his call. Tell me I won't endure him invading my home. I simply would not be able to live with that. I endured our family being fractured enough when you were imprisoned, and I want nothing to endanger us now.

Mother is going to be very cross with me if I miss my dress fitting. My wedding is in two weeks. I have too much to do for some sort of childish game.
